GENERAL FEATURES

Software enables managing a fixed platform weighing system connected via a serial port or Ethernet TCP/IP connection from a PC.
Compatible with WTAB-BR, WLIGHT, CLM8 series instruments.

WEIGHING AND SCALES MANAGEMENT
The software allows the following weighing operations to be performed:
- single weighing (incoming or outgoing);
- double weighing (incoming and outgoing);
- multiple weighing (incoming and outgoing).
The software can handle the presence of a second scales.

WEIGHING IMAGES
Each scales can be associated with up to two IP cameras for image acquisition during weighing. The acquired images are associated with the weighings in the database, from which they can be retrieved, and are included in the printouts.

OPERATION IN COMBINATION WITH APPROVED INSTRUMENTS
PROG WBRIDGE allows you to manage saves to the ALIBI memory of approved instruments. The primary indication of the weight of the approved system remains that of the instruments.

WEIGHING AND SCALES MANAGEMENT

The PROG WBRIDGE software supports various weighing operations, including:

Single weighing (incoming or outgoing)
Double weighing (incoming and outgoing)
Multiple weighing (incoming and outgoing)

It also supports configurations with two scales:

Incoming or outgoing weighing on Scale A or Scale B
Double weighing with input on Scale A and output on Scale B, and vice versa
Weighing of vehicles with trailers (e.g., tractor on Scale A and trailer on Scale B)

Each recorded weight is associated with two identification indexes:

RCD: identifies a weighing operation which may include one or more recorded weight values
Progressive: uniquely identifies each weight value recorded during the operation

DATABASE

The application can operate on either a local SQLite database or a remote MySQL database.
It manages vehicles, products, weighing platforms, customers, and suppliers. These records can be linked to weighings and printed reports.

The remote MySQL database can be shared across multiple software installations on different PCs, enabling a multi-platform weighing system. Data from one platform can be used as input for another.

SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY

PROG WBRIDGE connects to fixed weighing systems via serial port or Ethernet TCP/IP, and is compatible with Windows XP or later operating systems.
Compatible instruments include:
WTAB-BR, WINOX-BR, all W series indicators with the BASE program, WLIGHT, and CLM8.

WEIGHING IMAGES

Each scale can be connected to up to two IP cameras to capture images during weighing.
These images are stored in the database, associated with the relevant weighing records, and can be included in printed reports.

PRINTOUTS

A variety of print templates are available to match different weighing types.
Using the Crystal Report software (by SAP SE, not included), you can customize templates or create new ones—adjusting layout, included data, and print dimensions.

OPERATION WITH APPROVED INSTRUMENTS

PROG WBRIDGE allows saving to the ALIBI memory of approved weighing instruments.
In such systems, the official weight indication remains that shown on the instrument display.
